0H tHE SlEEPlESS NiGHtS!!

Let's just say I did not sleep good AT ALL last night!! I'm trying to get as MUCH sleep as I can and save all the sleepless nights for when lil' man gets here.... but my body is 0H S000 uncomfortable! On top of that, I've been congested for the past 8 days and it's highly annoying. With all the changes going on with my body, it's definitely hard to feel CUTE! Haha! The joys of pregnancy! Seeing myself everyday, it's hard to realize how much I am growing... that is, until I look back on older pictures, oh and also until I go to put on a piece of clothing that fit perfectly the week before, but not so much anymore.... If I can get my old body back after Wyatt is born, I definitely will not complain about it EVER AGAIN!! :)  Let's just take a look at how much I've changed....

15 weeks here! I'll definitely be happy if a little pooch is what I can get back!

20 Weeks!

24 Weeks!

27 Weeks!

30 Weeks!

I'm 31 weeks now, which means I still have 9 weeks to go.... and I'm going to get... BIGGER?! Ahh! I feel like I'm about to pop already! But I know every pound that I put on during this pregnancy will be S0000 worth it when I get to hold my baby boy in my arms... :) We cannot wait to meet him! Come on ApRil 5tH!!

So this past Thursday I was sitting at work, and a guy walked in with a bouquet of flowers and said, "Delivery for Courtney Garab." I was a little surprised, but figured they were from my hubby since he's the only one who usually sends me flowers. So I open the card, and it read,

"Thinking of you

Love you

Mama"

I was like, "Aww! My momma sent me flowers!!" So I call my mom to thank her for the flowers and she was like, "What? I didn't send you any flowers." At this point, I was sooo confused. My mom said, "Do you call someone else Mama? Or do you think it was a mistake?" Finally, I put two and two together and was like, "Duh.. Grant calls me Momma all the time now!" Haha! Needless to say I definitely had a blonde moment, but after I figured it out, I called my wonderful hubby to thank him for the beautiful flowers! He definitely knows how to brighten my day and make me smile. :) I definitely wasn't expecting any flowers, which made the surprise that much sweeter... :) :)

They're so beautiful!!

I definitely couldn't ask for a better man in my life. :) He has done so much for me and has taken good care of me during this pregnancy... we both can't wait to meet our little man!! 29 weeks down, only 11 weeks to go! :)

A few months later....

Okay, so as I said on here in my last entry, I am HORRIBLE about keeping this blog up to date. Maybe because I can't find any interesting things to write about? Good thing our baby will be here in 2 1/2 months... he will complete my life, be the center of my world, and THEN I should have some pretty interesting entries to post. :)
Since I last wrote on here, alot of things have changed. My husband ended up not deploying (YAY), and we are now in Virginia until June 2011. I'm so glad he has been here with me during my pregnancy and will be here for the birth. We are having a SON, Wyatt Cole Garab, who is due April 5th, 2010! We are so excited and April 5th cannot come soon enough. We cannot wait to meet our baby boy!! I'm 29 weeks pregnant, and we went to have the 3D Ultrasound of our sweet baby boy earlier today. I'm gonna post a few of my very favorite. :)

This has got to be my favorite. The lady started pushing on my tummy and was talking to him... then all of a sudden, he just SMILED... this melts my heart. :)

HELLO, EVERYONE!! :)
SO....
As you can see from the title, this is my very first blog I'm posting. I created my blog back in February of 2009 and then kind of just forgot about it. It never crossed my mind again until one of my long lost (still great) friends, Kelsey, brought up the idea of me actually putting this thing to use! ... I thought it was a good idea, and so that's what has lead me to right now...
I just want yall to know,,
I have NO CLUE what I'm doing most of the time on this thing ((I think that's why I sort of gave up before I tried back in February)), but I am doing my best to learn! Maybe I can get a little help from the professionals out there (AKA Sisser! You know it all!).
Ok, what to write next....
Can I please stress how I absolutely HATE it when my hubby goes out of town?!?! :( He's already leaving in October, going to be gone for 7 months, and possibly miss the birth of our baby ((YES, I'm pregnant and excited and nervous and scared all at the same time! More on that later))... but seriously, do they have to take his WHOLE social life away? At least he'll be home tomorrow!! Until then, it's just me and the dogs hanging out... and they're definitely stuck up my butt 24/7 it seems. Oh well. Man's best friend as they say... or wait, woMAN's best friend is what I'll say.. :)
As I mentioned above, YES I am pregnant! How fun and exciting and crazy is that? I think my hubby did this on purpose... I mean come on, I just found out like a week ago, and he's deploying... so he doesn't have to put up with my mood swings, cravings, etc.... what a lucky guy. Guess I'll have to get him back for that later on. I honestly have no clue what to expect these next several months. I guess that's expected, considering I've never had a baby before. But from what I've been told, it turns out to be one of the most amazing experiences in this world. I am definitely looking forward to it and can't wait to meet our baby later on down the road. I am very thankful to have wonderful friends and family who will give me the best love and support through this experience, especially since Grant will be gone! :( We'll all get through it though!
Ok, now let me just talk about the new addition to our family ((We got him 3 days before I found out I was pregnant)! I got a miniature shih tzu, his name is Tebow! He turned 2 months old yesterday and he is the most precious thing EVER! I can't stand leaving him by himself whenever I have to leave the house, lol... I can't imagine what I'm going to be like when I have a child! Anyways.... I'll just post some pictures of this cute little guy who brightens my day...
